Cotton Haven Apparels processes international orders either through our International office in Australia or directly from the factory in India.
The costs of merchandise will be invoiced in US Dollar/Currency values.
All orders and shipping conditions are in accordance with those already contained in Cotton Haven Apparels website.
Shipping modes of Air or Sea services can be opted. If the Customer requests additional services for security of ordered merchandise the Customer is expected to bear additional freight charges or cost of insurance etc., as the case may be.
Shipping costs are varied and estimated according to the quantity of the products and information sourced by Cotton Haven Apparels at the time of receiving order.
All merchandise will be shipped as per the delivery address provided by the Customer.
The Customer, in his own interest, is expected to inform Cotton Haven apparels of any delays in receipt of merchandise.
Payment of relevant taxes and duties according to the government policy applicable in country of delivery shall be on customer’s account and responsibility
